Flickering glitchy pages

CatnessGrace says:

This started last night, and now this morning too. When i'm on my own photo pages, or anyone else's. The page flickers and shifts and glitches all the time. Good thing im not epileptic, i would probably have a seizure. Doesn't happen on any other website i go on.

I've just logged on and noticed that, but open a page on another tab and it seems OK, so weird.

Impossible to do anything, the page is jumping about all the time.

Happen just now. At bottom left says is "searching for t.Flickr.com or searching for Flickr.com". Had to restart Chrome on Mac Desktop with VPN disconnected. Did not have to clear cache or cookie.

Sorry to hear about that. Can I kindly ask if you have a VPN?

No VPN, no extensions, no plugins and Safari is used only for Flickr and Tumblr…
Does not appear on Vivaldi 3.6 and Firefox 86.0…
