How do I share pics with a model car forum ?

If you put [https://www.flickr.com/photos/192315955@N04/50991051562] in a comment, it will show up as
If you just want the photo to be among their images, you can click "Add to Group" on www.flickr.com/photos/192315955@N04/50991051562 under the photo and add it to a group you have joined.
You would have to join that group first, though. Look here: www.flickr.com/search/groups/?text=model%20car and join any group you want. After you join the group, you will also be able to add photos to it from the group page.

Are you talking about sharing to a forum somewhere other than Flickr?
For that, look for the "Share Photo" button on your own photo page (bottom right, little curved arrow). When you click on that you'll get a popup with a few options.
The right one to pick depends on your forum. Most likely it will be either "Embed" or "BBCode". On either one of those, you'll see a box with some code you can copy/paste over to your forum.
