Can only login on mobile not laptop

markedgar1989 says:

I forgot my password and then reset it on my phone due to my email is easier to access on my phone. Then when that went through I could not log in on the laptop but could on my phone. I have checked both passwords are the same. I try the laptop first: invalid password then sign in on the phone straight away.

Have you tried resetting your password again on your phone, clearing the old password from the laptop and and making absolutely certain that you log in with the exact same password you used on the phone?

I have checked both passwords are the same.

I had the same issue last week, with my phone not accepting the correct password.
Actually even with staff help the problem was hard to solve.
Using a temp password - while it did reset the account and gave me back accesss to my phone - for some weird reason my desktop now in turn refused the new password.

Basically it meant that only one device was accepted.
As said, staff tried to help.
The end result is that I reset the password on my desktop while staying signed on my phone. Both are now again accessible, but I have a hunch that the phone is still operating under the former password.
When forced to log back in there, it is stilll unclear what will happen.

Flickr engineers are supposedly looking into this still.
You'll probably get a reply here soon. (-;

Last week, I had to reset my password on my Android phone while away on vacation. I was able to get in on my iPad with the new password, but unable to log inon the phone via the app or multiple browsers (even after clearing cache/data, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc.). Just returned home and log in fine on the home computer. Still waiting days for a response from support.

Having read the thread, i just tried this Myself. i almost always use PC for flickr, just tried to login using opera on Android, no previous saved p/words to worry about, could not login "incorrect password".
Not a major drama for Me, as i don't use Flickr on mobile, but may be helpful info for the Flickr wizards.

I see you are in contact with staff - Allen from Support contacted you on 7/8. Would you mind checking SPAM or social folders for this email?

If you are still having trouble logging in on your mobile device, may I kindly ask you to contact us here:

This is happening to many of us. I am having the opposite problem. I can log in to my laptop but not my phone. I have gotten help from staff, but the problem is yet to be resolved.
