Uploader Fails

Chris Pesotski says:

When I tried to upload using my phone as a drive in windows 10, no photos showed up in the uploader.

Then I copied them to a drive and tried again. Uploader showed the files but 1 by 1 said they were bad files and to remove them.

Finally, I am uploading just 10 photos at a time and it is taking over 2 minutes per photo, but is not showing them as bad.

What is the problem here? I see all of the issues in the help forum. Hasn't this problem been resolved?
