"Invalid Password" -- But It's Not?! What On Earth Is Happening Here?

KSP Photos says:

Hello --
I have a large collection of tagged family photos posted in order to share them with my relatives, many of whom are elderly. I created a second account as a viewing/commenting account so people could log in and see the photos, as most won't be able/willing to create a personal account, at least not right away. I am able to log into this second account but whenever anyone else tries it they receive a "Invalid Password" message. Nearly a dozen of my relatives now have experienced this, despite careful attention to what they enter at the login screen. Clearly the password is valid since I can use it to log in, on multiple browsers and multiple machines, but no one else can.
I'm eager for any possible explanation for this. Your wisdom is greatly appreciated.
