Too Many Photos for Uploadr to Process

smcgee says:

I have nearly 90,000 photos in my iOS Photos app. When I open the Flickr app for it to auto-upload, I get the "uploadr preparing" message. It's stalled on this preparing phase for several weeks. I've tried to leave the Flickr app open and running but it hasn't helped.

Auto Upload on iOS worked through mid-July, but at some point this summer it stalled. If I revoke Flickr's permissions to the Photos app, and only grant permission for Flickr to access a small number of photos, auto upload works just fine. But I'd like all my photos backed up and I can't seem to make this happen.

Can’t you do it in batches?
90,000 is a whole lot of photos...

There's no way to batch it, you either connect it to your photos album or you manually upload. Most of them are duplicates, so they won't get uploaded again.

While the Auto-Uploadr feature is generally operational, we realize there can be some reasons why some content in your particular case is failing to upload for you.

I've linked a few articles below which outline solutions to some common uploading issues:
