How to escape the enlarge <> view from these <> in the top RH corner on an iPad

spelio says:

Once I select the enlarged view from the top right-hand corner command, how can you return to the original Photostream size from the full window zoom? As in the L shortcut on a PC display!

Clicking the images just toggles in and out of the already zoomed image, and we are trapped without the description and comments visible…

You can only move to adjacent images and remain stuck in the zoomed scale.

This especially frustrates people you hand your iPad to for sharing a photo.

The arrows remain on the screen of a PC browser window, where even the ESC key can return you to the Photostream.

This action is achieved on a PC with the L key as opposed to using the Z key a couple of times.

BTW, the L key is not listed as a shortcut along the bottom of my Chrome screen.

I have an iPad. When the image is enlarged try tapping somewhere on the black border outside the image. You should then see the « reduce » symbol. In any case keep tapping and it goes through a sequence and eventually back to normal.

Thanks for your reply..

This is very hit and miss. Depends if the black appears along the top or the sides.
The best result is when in LANDSCAPE mode.

If the image fills the screen, having the same aspect ratio as the iPad screen, it takes many hits and either moves to the next image which is OK until you find an image with enough black down the side to expose the arrow symbol..
