Agree.
The feedback threads when "Notifications" was released to only a selected few were kept open for months - now that it is forced upon all the feedback thread was closed after only 3 weeks. And all subsequent threads are closed right away. This certainly looks fishy....

Honestly, I do not mind something new - if it works as advertised. This does not.

We're in the midst of getting this banner copy updated and you should see that out shortly.

As a reminder, the Flickr Help Forum is a member to member space to ask questions about using Flickr.

As we mentioned in our closing post in the Official thread, we ask that more general feedback about the product be relayed directly to support so we can more efficiently pass it along to the appropriate team.

Keep in mind, any new threads with questions around use of the Notification Center/Recent Activity are of course welcome!
