Today BT will not allow me to send or receive Flickr hyperlinks. I get a message saying they are spam. Is anyone familiar with this issue? Bt say they will resolve this issue within a few days but in the meantime if anyone else has had this happen I'd like to hear from them. Thanks.

That’s a bit rich coming from BT, who “let in” the most spam I have ever seen in an email platform.😳
I’ll test mine in a moment..

Edit: no, mine is fine. You’re supposed to be able to educate the mail system to recognise legitimate links…..? Did you try their help page. (Yes I know…..)

Wow, "a few days". That's probably something that could be fixed in 37 seconds if only you could somehow have access to exactly the right person.

British Telecom have the UK monopoly on the copper and the bandwidth. As for help, you get diverted to a chat bot in India….
