Flickr Support?

Stopped receiving notifications from Flickr a month ago (although notifications of posts from people I follow is set to 'Immediately').
Also trying to resolve issues with photos showing as Uploading but never uploading.
I have been contacting Flickr support for 2 weeks and still waiting for a response.
Anyone else having similar issues?
