Samuli is by far the most talented photographer I have come to known. He seems to love nature and is able to capture amazing details and remarkable moments around him - those moments that might pass us every day, but what we tend to miss. His photos are a combination of heart and talent. He can present the simpliest messages in gorgeous scenes that stop the time, warm the heart and are stunning to the edge. Even though his shots show a true mastery of technique and composition, they don't lack either humour or creativity. He is able to show a great variety of emotions, values and ideas through his camera, followed by thoughful titles and words that are easy to comprehend and feel identified with. I guess you could say that Samuli's pictures are never only pictures – they represent something that's going on inside of him: darkness, brightness or desire to share a new experience. Samuli is a wonderful inspiration to many people around him, including myself. His work makes this world feel more magical and pure, showing the biggest realization in the smallest droplet. Being his contact is a priviledge. He's not only an advanced photographer but also an amazing and unique person. If Samuli was a book, he would be one of those books that you just can't stop reading and that you wish would never end.
