Andrew Dyer's flickr score: 2064

Hello, and welcome to my flickr photostream. I hope you enjoy the pictures you see here.

I'm an amateur/enthusiast photographer with some experience of a few professional commissions. My primary camera is currently a Nikon digital SLR, but I also shoot with Nikon 35mm film SLRs, vintage Russian 35mm film SLRs, and even a Mamiya medium format TLR camera.

I am a keen reader of The Strobist Blog. I would strongly recommend anyone who is interested in improving their photographic skills to visit this blog regularly and also the corresponding strobist flickr group. It is a frequent source of ideas and inspiration, as well as a very friendly online community of photograpers.

Andrew is as intelligent as he is talented. His eye for lighting, colour and composition is second to none. Having had the pleasure of working with him for over 7 months I am in greater awe of his talents now than I was when I first laid eyes on his magical landscape photography! A huge career awaits....

Andrew has an interesting eye for a photograph and his skills are developing at an alarming rate as he practices at every opportunity. Whilst I sometimes pick little technical holes in his photos his creative vision is excellent and technical aspects are improving with every shot. I love the way Andrew loves to try new and interesting techniques, whether in Photoshop or with the camera and I appreciate the ideas he gives me.
