I have followed Amanda for years now, first seeing her photos on DeviantArt and then found her when I joined Flickr myself. I have always been amazed by the beautiful photos she takes and her baby/child photography always seems to brighten up my day with the wonderful creative ideas that are captured. It's very cool to see how her work has changed and grown and to see her own children grow up [not to sound creepy] through her work. I am so inspired by her photos, they're just beautiful. =]

Amanda was one of the first photographers that I met on flickr, and she is by far still one of my most favorite. Her photos have such a unique style and charm...nobody can photograph a child quite like her. She is also one of the most down to earth people that you will ever meet.

Amanda is so multi-talented! I absolutely love and am in awe of her photography. She is extremely talented, plus her child photography has a fairytale, magical style I adore. I love the settings and props she uses, and her very gorgeous and cute models. Her actions have been my long time favourite actions as well.

Amanda is inspiration incarnate. Her style is so distinctive and fresh, and she has been my idol since the day I first saw her gallery - some three or four years ago. Amanda's photography transports me to another world, another era. A time where girls dance in pretty summer dresses all year long and pick wildflowers in sprawling meadows. Her antique textures evoke a nostalgia for the time of Theodore Roosevelt, the old world of Scandinavia and Queen Victoria's reign. Her work is simply beautiful, and Amanda is too. She is incredibly sweet and kind and one of the loveliest photographers I know.

Then she had babies, and she became the queen of child portraitures. We had our share of conversations, in fact she was nice enough to comment one of my photos as I specifically requested critic from here, and I still remember Manda featuring one of my photos in her journal. Thank you so much huns. She's a great supporter, a great friend, a wonderful mother who photographs her children beautifully. She's definitely gonna be a reference when I start shooting children of my own someday. And I still owe you that batik cloth! (I accidentally deleted my testimonial to you, so here I am re-testimonialing)

Amanda is another one of my flickr favorites... Her photos are so stunning. Each one different in their own way, but still keeping with her style. They are so moody and so deep. I love going through her stream; I don't think there's enough words to describe how great of photographer she is!!!

Amanda is such a unique children's photographer. She makes you feel her images way down deep into your very soul. Her black and whites move me like no one else's can. I feel such great emotion from her work. And as an artist, that's what you want....you want others to "feel" your work. She is a superior artist in my opinion and has soooo much talent that cannot be duplicated. Although I absolutely adore her work, I think the thing I adore most about Amanda is that she takes the time to comment on my work. It means so much to me to have a well-known photographer take time out of her very busy day (she has four kids) to comment on my work and the work of others. This means more to me than words can say. I really appreciate Amanda's kind words. A true inspiration she is!
